1 container of Cultural Revolution yogurt, 1 white peach, a sprinkle of Grape Nuts (thanks Julie for the idea), and a drizzle of agave nectar.
Love the extra crunch from the Grape Nuts.

Do you know if they sell Cultural Revolution yogurt at Hyvee? Where did you get agave nectar? Great picture by the way...looks delicious!
Yes, I get the yogurt at Hy-Vee and the agave nectar at a health foods store - all the ones in town carry it.
also great: fage non-fat yogurt, kashi go-lean crunch for, uh, crunch, and the berry of your choice (i recommend strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries). that's actually a great light lunch, too.
i love it.
I haven't tried Fage and Cultural Revolution yet. A poor girl's version that I have for breakfast at least once a week = Stonyfield Farm Vanilla yogurt with Honey Nut Blenders (the cheap cereal in the bulk bag) and dried blueberries. Very tasty when the budget can't support the tastier Kashi and fresh fruit.
So Delicious coconut milk yogurt. Breakfast/life changer. I've been eating it with granola and blueberries--with a bit of cinnamon mixed in too--for the past few weeks.
